MISSION STATEMENT

Our company mission statement is to be a 100% client facing business model focused on getting our clients results using the latest leading edge premium services with the least risk to the client.

At the same time, we have the following policies and qualifying requirements in place, in order to protect both our clients and our business.

Our goal is to always make sure you receive optimal results however, due to different skin types and outside factors outside of our control that could affect the final product, there are no guarantees.


LIMITED BOOKING AVAILABILITY

We only take 20-30 appointments per month, less than half being available to new clients, because that’s the only we can provide the quality of care of custom VIP tattoo services.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

WE REQUIRE A $100 DEPOSIT SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WHICH IS TO COVER

ONLY THE COST OF THE ONE HOUR CONSULTATION WITH ME AND NOTHING ELSE.


The deposit will be deducted from your overall service cost at the end of the appointment.

THIS DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE AND COVERS THE COST OF ONE HOUR MY TIME I SPEND WITH YOU, REGARDLESS AS TO WHETHER YOU BOOK OR NOT, AND WILL NEVER BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON.

TATTOO QUOTE AND ESTIMATE POLICY

ALL QUOTES ARE MY BEST ESTIMATE ON THE FINAL PRICE AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME

While I do my best to provide accurate quotes on the cost of each design..

ALL QUOTES AND ESTIMATES ARE JUST THAT and prices and quotes are SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.

Should the design prove to be more difficult or time consuming the client will notified and a new price quote will be given. This almost never happens unless there is some unknown factor such as severe scaring, skin damage or some other factor that may cause significant difficulty in designing or performing the tattoo.

In this case the client may accept the new quote or cancel the appointment with no penalty, but no refund of a deposit will ever be given.



Design Changes Policy

In the even that the SIZE, CONTENT, SHAPE, PLACEMENT, STYLE or any other aspect of the tattoo changes after the initial consult you will be up-charged accordingly during the change or at the time of the appointment.


Included Services Policies


A $100 DEPOSIT IS TAKEN SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WHICH IS TO COVER ONLY THE COST OF THE ONE HOUR CONSULTATION WITH ME AND NOTHING ELSE.

Should you choose to book an appointment with me any additional services, including previewing the actual design, the selected appointment date, concept sketches, final rendering are not and will never be guaranteed as part of the tattoo service. These are a courtesy services I provide to my clients and are not included in the final price of the tattoo or in the deposit. These are services I do to go above an beyond for my clients and are in no way part of the actual tattoo service.


No-Cost Touch-Up Policy

THE ADDITIONAL NO COST TOUCH UP SERVICE IS NOT A PART OF THE ACTUAL TATTOO COST. THE TOUCH UP COMES OUT OF THE ARTIST'S POCKET AND MAY OR MAY NOT BE OFFERED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ARTIST ON A CLIENT BY CLIENT BASIS



Tattoos are booked weeks in advance and all deposits are not refundable under any circumstances due to the difficulty in filling the spot I have blocked out for you.

A non-refundable tattoo deposit policy is the industry standard across the nation.

If you not 100% sure that you can make it to the appointment, please wait until you are, before booking with us.

If you need to reschedule please do so with in 72 hours of the appointment or you will be asked to prepay in full to reschedule your appointment.

All cancellations, including chages in design quote, will forfeit the deposit and will unable to work with me in the future.



RESCHEDULE POLICY

A minimum of 72-Hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 72 hours notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit and you will be required to pay in full for your appointment in order to reschedule

If you are feeling sick within the 72-hour period we ask you please reschedule and provide us with a doctor's note so that we can reschedule you without paying in full for the appointment.

If someone other than you is sick or you some other 3rd party emergency, you will be required to repay the deposit or pay in full for the appointment in order to keep it.

UPDATE: OCT 2024

Previously we allow you to reschedule twice up to 60 days from the day you reschedule in order to keep your a deposit active. Initial appointment spoke prior to October 2024 will still be able to do this.

Any initial appointments scheduled after October 2024 will be able to reschedule once within 30 days of the initial booked appointment. To reschedule a second time will require a new deposit will be required and the old will be forfeit.

Due to the high demand for Saturday appointments, Any Saturday appointments that are rescheduled, Must be rescheduled on a day other than Saturday.

APPOINTMENT TARDINESS

Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

SAME DAY CANCELATIONS/NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

Failure to show up to your appointment without notice prior to the day of, you will have to pre-pay in full to reschedule the appointment. Payment must be received within 3 days or you will forfeit your deposit and lose the ability to book with us in the future.

PERMANENT MAKEUP PERFECTING SESSIONS

A minimum of 2 appointments are MANDATORY to achieve the most consistent and best outcome for ALL NON BODY-ART SERVICES.

The perfecting session is $100 and MUST BE PAID AS PART OF THE DEPOSIT.

ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENTS

Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve a desired results and will be charged accordingly.


ARTIST RESCHEDULING POLICY

Prices, Appointment Dates & Times are all subject to change at any time. In the event that we need to cancel your appointment at the last minute you will be notified by email and we will reach out to let you know you why. Usually it is a miss-quote or change in pricing that needs to be addressed prior to bringing you in for your appointment.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

⚡️Must be 18 years of age and can provide a valid driver's license or ID card.

⚡️ Minors must have a parent or guardian contact us FIRST. If you are age 16-17 please have your parent or guardian handle the booking process.

⚡️ Our studio does not do body art on faces, necks or genital areas.

⚡️Must NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding.

⚡️ If the date a child’s birth is less that 6-Months before the appointment date, a doctor’s note will be
required.

⚡️ If you have keloids, or are prone to keloid scarring.

⚡️ If you are on Accutane, or have used Accutane in the past year.

⚡️ If you have any skin conditions such as Rosacea, Psoriasis, Eczema, or Seborrheic Dermatitis on or around the treated area or excessive sweating, it may affect the your healing process.

⚡️ Must wait for a minimum of 2 weeks before and after the appointment, to get Botox injections anywhere near the treated site.

⚡️ If you are heavily on medications, specifically any blood thinning medications.

⚡️ If you are currently undergoing any cancer treatment. You must be off of successful Chemo/Radiation for 6 months prior.

⚡️If you have cardiac valve disease or suffer from any heart conditions.

⚡️ If you have epilepsy, diabetes, allergic reaction to latex or antibiotics, hemophilia, or other bleeding disorders.

⚡️ We do not use any latex products, but you still must notify us on the present state form at the start of you appointment.

⚡️If you are diabetic or have a condition that may affect healing or immune function, please consult your doctor for a note stating that your condition is under control, and that you understand the heightened risks for yourself due to these conditions.
